I have over 19 years of experience in mental health and family therapy and am licensed in Alabama (LMFT #401) and Tennessee (LMFT #869). I have worked with a wide range of presenting concerns and in many settings, from community mental health to higher education mental health. I specialize in systemic (relationship) therapy, trauma processing and recovery, and addiction recovery, and work with adults of all ages. I was called to this field because of my interest in human behavior and I stay in it because I love to see resilience and growth.
